Digital Marketer

You will:

  • At the core of this role you will work closely with the CEO and sales team to develop content and experiences that increase LotusPay's awareness and consideration across the market. Your work will span multiple user segments, including start-ups, early and later-stage companies
  • You will develop content, case studies, testimonials, and events to engage with prospective and existing users, driving new business, adoption, and advocacy of LotusPay
  • You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a user’s frustration
  • You will need to balance executing strategy and detailed tactics, be highly collaborative, intuitive and a strong communicator
  • You communicate with empathy and exceptional precision
  • You are technical enough to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product decisions alike
  • Constantly optimise ad spend to ensure a strong ROI, and achieve results within given budget
  • Collect, synthesize and analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights that drive business results and growth opportunities

You may be fit for this role if you:

  • You have at least three years of digital marketing experience, including paid marketing and content marketing
  • B2B technology experience required; helpful to have experience with technical, infrastructure or data products
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills needed for our dynamic environment
  • Interested in a culture built on putting our users first, thinking rigorously, working transparently and delivering high quality and high impact work
  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in media/advertising across digital channels (search, social, display, retargeting, etc.)
  • Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, MixPanel, or equivalents)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions and campaigns for the right audiences
  • Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and insights through data analysis
  • High capacity to execute in a fast-moving, dynamic, hyper-growth environment
  • Proven experience in collaborating across marketing, product, and technical functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
